Hazrat Maulana Qari Hifzur Rahman Sb

Fulat is a village situated in Khtauli, town of Muzaffarnagar where great Islamic scholar Shah Waliullah Muhaddis Dehelwi was born and brought up. Still, the world gets religious enlightenment from this town. He is a spiritual figure of the same town and spiritual successor of Hafiz Abdur Rasheed from Khanqah Raipur. A huge crowd daily drops in and gets their problems sorted out.  He keeps on serving the community in spite of various physical ailments and medical suggestions to have rest.
